Love in autumn
Thursday, June 19, 2008, 2:47 PM
For love is beautiful, it will wither. Wither it will, falling petals gently embrace the wind. On the bed of winter's frost, it lies undisturbed. In spring's river, carried across the greatest seas. For summer will come, love will seed. Autumn's prelude. When love blossoms, rain faintly comes to life, for heaven knows it will wither once more. Labels: Poem |
